By registering an account, you warrant and represent that:
12play15 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued MyKad, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 12play15. If 12play15 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has registered more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated may be voided.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these T&Cs and may result in immediate account termination without refund of deposits.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. Any activity conducted through a player's account — including transactions and bets placed — is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder. 12play15 cannot and does not accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their credentials. Players must notify 12play15 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
12play15 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 12play15 does not apply currency conversion charges on MYR transactions.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. These thresholds are subject to change and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 12play15 support. Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. 12play15 reserves the right to apply standard anti-money laundering due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request, which may result in a processing delay of up to five business days where enhanced verification is required.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 12play15 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee of RM 10 per calendar month to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance will be deactivated after the dormancy period.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12play15 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and reserves the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance at any time. 12play15's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
